13.01.2022 Thank you to everyone who came yesterday whether to say hi, purchased our things or enjoyed the beautiful weather . Here are just some of the things we got from the Fresh Market and all I can say is I can't wait to use them.

12.01.2022 I love the feeling of trying a new recipe I've had on my mind. It's exciting when I'm compiling the ingredients and adding them into the mixing bowl. On the flipside, it's nerve racking when it's in the oven doing it's thing, wondering whether it'll turn out right or not. But I guess that's the fun part of experimenting. This is my first attempt at my lemon myrtle sourdough with mango, currant and cranberry. Total fermenting time - 18 hours. #warrnambool #sourdough #eat3280
