21.01.2022 The latest updated version of WineBase is now available. v7.30 includes the new GoldBook wine ratings from the 30th edition of "Australian Wine Vintages" by Robert Geddes MW. This years edition has seen yet another useful 20% increase in the total number of wine ratings including older ratings and a number of new wineries. And why the jump from v5.4 to v7.0 to v7.30 you may well ask. Simple. The 7 indicates that it runs natively on Windows 7 including 64 bit builds and the 30... is for the 30th edition of the book. v7.30 is a complete new install and requires no previous versions of the program to be already installed nor does it require you to have any of the previous program disks. The exception to this is for people currently using v7.0 as v7.30 will install into the same existing folder. For everybody else you will have to copy your old WineBase data into the new c:\Winebase32 folder. More details on the web site at... www.winebase.com.au/wbclub.htm
