15.01.2022 Meet Frieda Henskens and David Rankin. They started their luxury sparkling brand Henskens Rankin of Tasmania in 2010 with the aim of creating distinctively Tasmanian styles of sparkling wine. Frieda, the winemaker, is technical and exact in her approach, having previously had a career as a CSIRO research scientist. They spent eight years developing their product and brand, with a clear intention of keeping production small. In fact, each bottle of Henskens Rankin Sparkling is numbered so if you do get one, you know you were one of the lucky ones...
