22.01.2022 Lunch idea, overstuffed vietmanese spring rolls. Not traditional, but very yummy. Great lunch ideas. We used premium spring roll wrappers from Mrs Trans Kitchen and Sriracha Mayonnaise for flavouring. Silicon matting (several sizes available) is great to make sure your wrapper doesnt stick to your bench. I even wrap my spring rolls in it to take them to work.

09.01.2022 Ingredients 300 g vegetarain plain chicken(cut into strips) 1 cup lettuce shredded any kind 1/4 cup sour cream... cilantro for topping 1 teaspoon oil 1 small lime quartered 4 small flour tortillas Instructions Heat large an or skillet to medium heat; add oil and heat for a few seconds. Add veg. chicken strips. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until strips are golden in color. Lay tortillas flat on plate. Add a layer of shredded lettuce. Top with veg. chicken, and sour-cream. Sprinkle chopped cilantro. Squeeze 1/4 of the lime on each taco.
