16.01.2022 NAIDOC Week Posters - Available at Woolworth's from Wednesday 21 October. NAIDOC Week 2020 will be held from 8-15 November under the theme Always Was Always Will Be. The revised November dates for NAIDOC Week 2020 follow its postponement from the original July dates due to the impacts and uncertainty from the escalating Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. NAIDOC Posters have been celebrating and promoting NAIDOC Week since the late 1960s and rose to national prominence in the 19...70s with the establishment of the Indigenous rights movement. This year’s NAIDOC Poster features the stunning artwork titled Shape of Land by Noongar and Saibai Islander artist Tyrown Waigana. Visit the NAIDOC website to find out more about this year’s artwork and winning artist and to download a digital copy of the 2020 National NAIDOC Poster.

04.01.2022 Rolling Pins for Ceramics Wingham High Arts Department are looking for donations of old rolling pins to roll out the clay for ceramics. Plastic pins are probably the best as they don't absorb moisture but any donations at all would be greatly appreciated.
