16.01.2022 Our tiny team of Tinies had THE MOST FUN EVER! this morning at their first calisthenics class! They loved dancing, twirling, grooving and moving together, and can’t wait to do it again next week! They even said can we stay longer next time?! 14.01.2022 NEW RULE FROM TODAY: Face masks must be worn when entering and leaving Grovedale Neighbourhood Hub. Coaches and participants are not required to wear masks during classes.

03.01.2022 It's going to be another big day tomorrow. Our 1st Tinies class on a Saturday!! Commencing at 9.00am. So make sure you have passed this on to all the little ones that you know. We would love to see lots of happy little faces come through the door. Stretch & Flex commences tomorrow at 10.15.!! Keep those muscles stretching. Hope to see lots of you there. The more you stretch, the sooner you can work on your tricks!!. Stretch and Flex is in the main hall at Grovedale Neighbourhood Hub.
