25.01.2022 Yesterday November 21st we ran a Saraswati Healing template with the Crystal Masters 333 on behalf of Earth's Crown Chakra (located geographically in Tibet at Mount Kailash). The guiding Master was Mother Mary and the Crystal Angel of Celestite with the message of 'Unconditional Trust' I set my intention as "May Earth's Crown Chakra be cleansed of any and all negative karma and associated suffering. May Divine Grace flood Earth's Crown and it's physical location in Tibet wit...h Mercy, Love and Healing. May Divine Love and Compassion touch all minds and hearts. May peace prevail on Earth" Part of this session includes a visualisation with Mother Mary performing a chakra clearing with Roses. This was a beautiful sycnronicity because it felt as though her energy was blessing all the previous Earth Chakras we have worked with over this year and preparing the way for out final template coming up in December for Earth's Base Chakra. This date Nov 21st was auspicious too because it was aligned with Pleadian frequencies and Mother Mary is also connected with this energy. It has been a special experience working with other Saraswati Healing Graduates and the Earth Chakras this year. When it's you as the bear on the ground, maybe feeling like you can't see the forest for the trees (), and that maybe all your efforts at self healing and exploration aren't showing enough tangible results...and all the while you've got your lineage in the Spiritual realms, looking down at your progress in love, awe and cheering you on. 25.01.2022 Happy Diwali 2020 I haven't added candles to my table altar because our meal will begin in daylight (thanks daylight savings!) I feel such a strong love and connection with Lakshmi and Ganesh (these statues are in my living room usually)... I've added some Saraswati vibes with the Swan and The Doves are to symbolise peaceful fresh starts. This day always feels like the triumph of light over darkness to me and after the year we have had, this feels even more so. Much to feel gratitude for despite everything. Wishing everyone and the whole Earth the light and blessings of Beloved Lakshmi and Ganesh. The unstoppable team of Abundance and flow and the remover of obstacles! May you light your candle, or even just light one in your heart and send a loving intention out into the world for All Beings. May Peace prevail on Earth

23.01.2022 I created another altar this time for healing of Earth Solar Plexus Chakra at Uluru in Australia. Working with Goddess energy, my intention was for Unity and Harmony, Respect for the Traditional owners, that power be restored to it's rightful balance and the cleansing waters of Divine Feminine love flow for the spiritual benefit of All Beings. Included here are Maat for justice, Goddess Gaia, Lady Portia and the violet flame of transmutation and the Shekinah for Divine Fem...inine grace and the original blue print of Uluru. I had a sense of two timelines here, the one ancient unchanged wisdom, light and strength and the other, distorted timeline where there has been misuse and abuse of power and it has affected not only the land but also the people. The balance between Masculine and Feminine is out of harmony. I asked for Grace, Strength and Gentleness to be made manifest. The copper Pyramid here, top left corner and the eye of Horus bottom left are there to echo the Earth Throat Chakra in Egypt at the Giza Pyramid which transmits energy to many places including Uluru. I used Crystals for anchoring the highest possible Divine Masculine frequency- Blue Kyanite, Black Obsidian, Golden Calcite and Magnetite pieces. Also a Desert Rose and Fairy Stone for the spirit guardians of Uluru and a group of the crystal angels who are associated with the Goddesses vibration 888 - Mica Stone, Bloodstone, Lava Stone, Ammonnite, Fire Agate and Ocean Jasper. May Earth's Solar Plexus be restored to it's full power through the light of Divine Love, that we may heal old wounding and build bridges to a future of cooperation, compassion and unity consciousness. That we learn to honour the ancient wisdom of our Land and the keepers of those codes.

19.01.2022 Today's message via my Seeds of Light Oracle is two fold, Allow yourself to receive the light of the spiritual sun into your Solar Plexus Chakra, to bring you into balance with your inner power of the Divine Masculine (which we all have) and also to assist you in the material world by empowering your so you can relax and trust that if you let go of the need to overly control things and instead surrender to Divine Will, your material needs will be provided, often in Miracul...ous ways. Visualise a yellow sun in your stomach area, breathe in and out deeply twice. Then imagine another two smaller yellow suns shining in the soles of your feet. Intend to connect to the Earth Heart. Breathe, receive. From this focus at your feet, say quietly or aloud "I place my trust in myself, my highest aspect of Soul radiance" Now intend or imagine the yellow suns within you become one golden point of light in the centre of your forehead between your eyebrows (your third eye centre) see or intend to go within, as if you can travel via a Pyramid of light into your deepest soul essence. Ask your Soul for an uplifting sign of hope to assist you now. Be with whatever you sense, a colour, a word or perhaps song lyrics, a feeling in your body, an image. Breathe in and out deeply two times more. Then open your eyes, rub your knees a bit, or rub or stomp your feet a bit to ground yourself, then go about your evening (or day) Blessings

13.01.2022 Today, I'm sharing some healing vibes of Tara pictured here in my altar in her Green colour emanation, signifying her swift response and unlimited ability to provide a solution for the highest good. Below her, I've laid my clear quartz star, because in Sanskrit, the meaning of Tara's name is 'Star' and she represents the light of the soul. Clear quartz has the ability to cleanse, purify and amplify intention and energy. ... I've also placed two cabochons of blue Kyanite on either side of the quartz, this crystal aligns the chakras and your energy fields as well as transmitting high frequency energy (such as that you may receive from a powerful spiritual being like Tara). I've included the blue Kyanite here, because it's also great for the throat chakra and it works on the causal level of your being to help manifest spiritual light in your thoughts and also your communication. I'm specifically focusing on your self talk here, and patterns of thought and belief. May the Kyanite spread light and love through you and cleanse unhelpful thoughts or beliefs. Finally, there is a cabochon of green fuschite here to resonate with your heart chakra and assist in promoting deep peace and relaxation whilst encouraging positive thoughts and the manifestation of creative solutions. Healing visualisation: You may like to imagine this crystal star at your crown chakra on top of your head radiating light in all directions, including down through your body into the Earth beneath you. You can call on Tara simply by saying Tare (Tah- ray) and picture her green colour coming around you. Breathe and sense the clear quartz clearing you. When you feel good, add the blue of the Kyanite to your throat and intend it create a bridge of blue light to your heart. Breathe in and out. Connect to the green fuschite colour in your heart and the imagine Green Tara as she's pictured here sitting in the very centre of your heart. Allow feelings of peace to fill you as you breathe in these colours and healing vibrations. 13.01.2022 People power, that's what this plant reminds me of. All these tiny individual flowers combine to form this large flower head. At first glance, to me, it looks like a big lantern. I do believe that when many people connect with the basic intention of kindness and compassion, that energy builds powerfully and becomes a positive force for good. I want to talk about Embodiment now, when you are on your spiritual path and daily living this, through practices such as prayer, me...ditation or creative activities which are in service to the light, you build your own body of light and this can be felt by others. You don't even have to say anything much, your energy aura can be a force field of empowerment for others. Even in challenging times, the more you can rely on your spiritual beliefs and put them into practice, by living in congruence with these beliefs, you are helping on a global scale to bring harmony and peace to the All. As you shine your own light, deal with the fears that possess you and build a strong connection with the spiritual realms and your higher guidance, you light the way for others to feel hope, or comfort. What this means is there is no 'small' effort in prayer or daily lightwork. These ripples of light are more important than ever right now. Like the Zen saying, there are many drops in the ocean. This doesn't mean any drop is less than another. Like this flower, if many people are radiating goodwill and light, it's like a massive lantern that sends it's light out in many directions On behalf of Earth and All Beings, please know that any genuine effort you make on your spiritual path, whether you think you can notice tangible results or not, it is important work, and you are being given thanks and blessings from the spiritual plans, the Universal Heart. 13.01.2022 Altar for Earth's Throat Chakra located geographically at the Giza Pyramid in Egypt and Mt of Olives in Jerusalem. Intention "May the throat Chakra of Gaia be purified, cleansed and activated by Divine Love and Light on all levels, through all dimensions. May the light of peace and unity consciousness be anchored in the Earth Throat Chakra for the spiritual benefit of All Beings"... I placed many Ascended Masters images in this altar including Mother Mary, Jesus, Lady Nada, El Morya, Serapis Bey, Kuthumi, Lao Tzu and Buddah. At this unprecedented time on Earth, we are experiencing the opportunity for a planet (Gaia) and all of it's inhabitants (including but not limited to Humanity) to ascend at the same time. What does this mean? The Divine Feminine is rising in order to create balance and harmony with the Divine Masculine energy and change the world from fear based power struggles which have oppressed people and harmed the Earth's resources, to a more heart centred, harmonious approach to living. Where unity consciousness (the recognition of the rights for all beings to be free, a true understanding of equality and justice, or, more simply 5th Dimensional life) becomes the "norm" and we find new, innovative ways to improve life on Earth by working with Earth instead of against her. As the Earth Chakras undergo clearing and healing, so too can this energy assist us and our Chakras in purging what no longer serves us, outmoded fear based realities, so we can access higher reality and begin to create a world where Peace is possible. You can gaze gently this altar, or take in all the tiny details and breathe in the blue and silver colour here, in the front of your throat chakra (at the base of your neck) and then breathe this coloured light out the back of your throat chakra. At the same time imagine these colours filling the Earth in Egypt and Jerusalem and then visualise a white dove of peace within these places and also your throat. And then say a simple prayer like "May peace prevail on earth" Small steps such as these hold great power at this time. You have the power to add to the change process by using your intention to do even small positive things like this. You light is needed on Earth more than ever Blessings

My wish for everyone is that you are able to be gentle with yourself now as the year draws to a close. Try not to worry about what you couldn't achieve or experience in 2020 and just remind yourself you are strong and hold compassion in your heart for yourself and for everyone on Earth. Rest as best you can and take comfort from even small peace and kindnesses. There is no need to struggle with the future, or stew in the year that is ending. Be as present to the moment as you can and keep things simple and authentic from the heart. We had an online group of SGSM (Saraswati healing tm) practitioners from around the globe and we connected with Archangel Gabriel and the Crystal Angel of Turquoise for the Earth heart Chakra. There was so much potent, beautiful energy from the Devas and Wise Ones of Ancient Earth and beautiful cleansing grace from the Cosmos. 05.01.2022 On this last day of an intense, unprecedented year I want to share some light and upliftment in the form of a mini visualisation for you. Lady Isis is the Egyptian Goddess of divine majick and rebirth. She can assist you when you are in despair, feeling that dreams you once had have no life left in them or if you just feel depleted and are in need of hope and resurrection of your faith in a Higher Guiding Hand. The tiny crystals pictured here are merkabah shapes in rose and... clear quartz. This sacred geometric symbol is the vehicle for our body and soul to function as one, it's our light body and the way for us to access higher states of being and higher wisdom. Visualisation for Healing with Isis and your Merkabah - Imagine or sense Isis with you. Feel her eagle wings extending out either side of you, or wrapped around you (whichever feels most appropriate). Breathe into your heart and intend to connect with Isis. Think of any fears or doubts that are plaguing you and Imagine you can give these over to her, that your body can literally breathe and expel tension into her energy field around you. Begin to sense or intend a lightness within. Now picture the two small star tetrahedrons of the Merkabah. One Rose Quartz, one clear quartz. Imagine they can move around you from left to right. 02.01.2022 I came back from my walk this morning and found my neighbour had left me these flowers from her garden I absolutely love Daffoldils for their colours and Jonquils for their scent! My flower messages book says that Daffodils are associated with Archangel Gabriel and communication of love and Jonquils are associated with Archangel Metatron and Michael and they create a peaceful, light filled environment in your home.... They smell so fresh and uplifting and it's been a beautiful gift! Just thought I'd share their vibration of joy, love and light with all of you today, wherever you are and however your day has been. 01.01.2022 Well, we came full circle this year working with Alana Fairchild's healing modality Saraswati Healing on behalf of the Earth Chakras I spent this year working with a beautiful group of Saraswati Healing ( formerly SGSM) practitioners as we held online templates for each of the Earth Chakras. We began in August with an Isis Alchemical Triangulation Template and the intention ... "To assist in anchoring more love and light into all of Earth's Chakras for the spiritual benefit of All Beings" And the first healing focused on the rising Kundalini energy within all the Chakras. The Earth Chakra flow then went to Heart first, (Crystal Angels 444 Template) followed by Throat, (Crystal Masters 333 Template) Solar Plexus, (Crystal Goddesses 888 Template) Sacral, (Crystal Goddesses 888 again) Third eye, (Crystal Masters Karmic Healing Template) Crown, (Crystal Masters Template) and finally on December 5th Earth Base Chakra For this session we were guided to return to the Isis Alchemical Triangulation Template. The session was very powerful and the message from the Isis Oracle deck was 'Divine Destiny, ....the inner propulsion to continue with a worthy path even during times of difficulty...do not give up the fight" As Earth is fully in her Ascension process now, the meaning was very profound. That even these difficult times hold the seeds of transformation and new life experience for all of Earth and her inhabitants. During the meditation process in this session, I saw in my mind's eye the physical location of Earth's Base Chakra at Mt Shasta in California filled with hot red heat and all the lower human emotions of fear and hatred. From above there was a giant eye of silver light and pure white light began to pour from Earth's Soul Star Chakra upon Earth Base Chakra. At the same time, from deep inside the Earth, clear, clean, water appeared to bubble forth like a fountain. Purging and purifying this chakra at the same time. I could feel the love for Earth and all coming from the Unconditionally loving beings of inner earth and also those from the Stars. There was a deep sense of the Divine Feminine energies rising and settling upon Earth. My intention for Earth to fertilise new life was "I am Divine Destiny made manifest through Higher Love" My thanks, gratitude and love to Deb, Denise, Holliebeth, Georgia, Nat, Penny, Selin, Lindy, Trinh and Bec for sharing these experiences with me. It was beautiful connectioning with Earth in this way. May 2021 unfold with healing, unity and peace for all of Earth and her inhabitants.

01.01.2022 I had a visitor today The Galahs are always in my area but I hear them more often than I see them. Today, screeching it's arrival, this one came to my bird bath for a drink. The message that Galah brings is 'Joy' It's also said that the stunning pink colour on their breast is associated with the heart chakra, teaching us acceptance, trust and love of ourselves, others and our life.... I am extra aware at the moment of the need to deeply rest my body and mind. This requires application and experimentation and as a Parrot messenger, which really means you get quite a loud, not easily ignored message (if you consider how vocal parrots are) I can see how the Universe is underscoring this need for me. I'm sharing this because I feel it may serve others, at this time I've been lucky enough to continue and even expand my healing work via technology during these unprecedented times. Prior to this year, I had a lingering level of resistance to technology. Since then, I've felt a heart shift in the way it's used, the connections I've been making are very positive and truthful and around the globe! This has led to joy and increased reach of my purpose, and on the flip side created a need for balance. I can be on a Zoom healing in the States, then in Australia, then take a meeting in the UK. It means I do need to make sure I rest and ground myself in different ways. This means giving myself the time I need. We are not in a race, it's important to try new ways, be open to changes but also not fill our lives to the brim, as this leaves no space for the magic to unfold, the best kind of unexpected goodness that comes when you Live but also give the Universe a chance to Give. #selfloveSelfCare #parrotTherapy
