16.01.2022 #BREAKING Premier Gladys Berejiklian has announced that from Monday 7th December Coronavirus restrictions will ease across New South Wales. The 4 square metre rule will change to 2 people per square metre, except for gyms and night clubs which will remain at 4 people per square metre. There will no longer be capacity limits for hospitality venues, weddings, funerals and corporate events.... People are permitted to stand outside at hospitality venues. Up to 100 people may attend an outdoor gathering. Major events which are controlled and ticketed may have up to 5,000 people, uncontrolled events may have up to 3,000 people. Outdoor stadiums and theatres which are seated and ticketed may have 100% capacity. Indoor stadiums and theatres may have up to 75% capacity. Up to 50 people can dance indoors. It doesn't have to be the same 50 people but can only have 50 people at a time and everyone must comply with the 2sqm rule. Up to 50 people may sing indoors as part of a choir, and while the audience at carols or place of worship can participate in singing they must wear a mask.
