24.01.2022 "I would also like to thank .. and Winnie Lai who were instrumental in giving me calm and clarity in the final months (of completing the PhD thesis)." Its such an honour to be part of this clients support team to get her through the finishing line. Seven years it took! Amazing stamina, unwavering conviction and indeed, an inspiration!

23.01.2022 Coriander and fish soup for mouth ulcers. My mums recipe. I grew up with it. Takes 5 minutes to make. Good for mild infection in the mouth (including teeth and gum) and throat. A client on the weekend complained about an annoying ulcer on her tongue which took the pleasure out of eating. She reported big improvement overnight after having the soup just once. Its worth trying, before you reach out for antibiotics or something more drastic. You need a whole bunch of coriander though, not just a few leaves. Chop up, bring to boil. Add sliced up fish fillet. Season and enjoy :-)

14.01.2022 Today, 3 Feb, marks the beginning of Spring in the northern hemisphere - "Lichun". It is the 1st of the 24 seasons in the Chinese calendar. Traditionally, spring pancakes (not to be confused with spring rolls) are eaten on this day to celebrate the 1st day of the new lunar year. Change of seasons are important, according to TCM health maintenance, as the body needs to adapt to the subtle changes of nature. Happy "Lichun"!

12.01.2022 These Bio impedance analysis devices can detect body composition and cellular health. A client came in with one of them. Shes a naturopath and wanted to test the before/after result. The overall marker went up 4 points or 7% after one Acutonics treatment. She was wrapped! I am quite fascinated and will look forward to seeing the detailed report on her next visit.
