24.01.2022 Movie date with my girl

19.01.2022 Recently we have been discussing about creating loose parts playing at my work. I got very excited to set it up at our backyards for Seraphina to play. It is so true when I just provided some simple materials like woods, avocado’s seed, strings, toilet rolls, other recyclable stuff. Sera started to use her imagination to make shakers. She just grabbed the wooden pieces and made games like air hockey, I guided her to play a position ball game. I really want to move away from buying too much of plastic toys. I think I need a bigger backyard to set up bigger areas for her to play.

05.01.2022 What does your girl play with? Junk! Haaa thought to share these. Recently my work place I am an educator is on this kind of play. It is called loose parts play. I have started to observe my little girl Seraphina. She would rather go to our backyard and play with these junk rather than play with plastic toys. I know it is funny hun? Children naturally love to use their creativity and imagination to create stuff. I am trying to move away from buying too much plastic toys. They are kind of limit children to use their imagination. For that reason I am in this loose parts play!
