23.01.2022 Starting this week with a BANG!!!! Two weeks ago, I announced my nomination for the prestigious 2020 Ausmumpreneur Awards. Today, I am thrilled and honoured to announce that I have now been chosen as a FINALIST in not 1 but 2 AusMumpreneur Awards categories:... 1: Emerging Ausmumpreneur of the Year Award 2: Ausmumpreneur Leadership Award Jury’s Choice I’m absolutely awestruck at the moment for being among the finalists chosen from all over Australia. It gives me pure happiness and immense satisfaction to be recognized on such an honourable national platform that promotes women at work. It is really hard for me to put my feelings into words! Thank you AusMumpreneur for providing this unique opportunity for mumpreneurs and acknowledging their efforts, success, and achievements. I would also like to show my gratitude towards my family and friends for their endless support and encouragement. Special thanks to my super supportive husband for being my morale booster. Without his motivation and support, I may not be able to achieve all of this. A huge thanks to my little baby assistant for being the most obedient and helpful member of the team. I’d take this opportunity to congratulate all other fellow finalists of the 2020 AusMumpreneur Awards. Wishing luck and success across!! #ausmum20 #ausmum2020

16.01.2022 Do you use time tracking to stay organised and motivated throughout the day? I believe that time tracking is vital and helps develop an understanding of how you spend your time, personally and in business. Especially when you are a solopreneur or a mumpreneur like me and working from home, knowing where your time goes is paramount. Not only can you make the most out of your time, but you can also reflect on whether you have spent your time well.... I always assign an estimated time to each task that I need to complete. Then, when I execute the task, I use a time tracker to monitor the amount of time I actually spend on the task. This practice helps me to: Bill my clients accurately. They are only invoiced for the time I have actually spent working for them. Provide a weekly work summary to my clients. My clients receive a weekly report detailing how the time was spent and what tasks were carried out. Stay organised as I have an estimated time for each task, and I know how long or short my working day is likely to be. I adjust myself around my work and family accordingly. Stay productive as time tracking helps me to monitor my work patterns, productivity, and performance. I can identify when I am most productive during the day and when my energy drops. I structure my working day accordingly then. Produce realistic quotes for potential clients interested in similar projects as I know how long it takes for me to do the work. Reflect at the end of my working week by gaining insights into time spent personally and in business, and adapt accordingly. Learn from experience and increase productivity. I have been using TOPTRACKER for time tracking since the very beginning. It is a free web and desktop app that accurately tracks my work activity, captures timely screenshots, and optimizes my productivity through real-time summaries and reporting. This is one of the reasons why I am able to get the most out of my time and my clients receive more value for their money. I am proud to say that Winowin Consulting, today, has a national and international clientele with more than 98% satisfaction rate. Do you use time tracking to stay productive? What tool works for you?
15.01.2022 Business networking is an excellent way to get connected with like-minded business professionals and explore #collaboration opportunities for your professional development and business growth. Today, I had an exceptional opportunity to attend the BNAA - Business Networking Advantage Australia's Launceston Midday - Business Lunch as a guest. I just loved the energy in the room and had some great, constructive discussions on the table. The format of this #networking event was... really distinctive. It wasn’t just about exchanging business cards, it was about relationship building, establishing great quality #connections, professional growth, and most importantly, development of your knowledge resource. Special thanks to Jeff Ross from Your Marketing Nerd for inviting me as a special guest. I cannot wait to be a part of BNAA. If you are a Tasmanian business owner and would like to know more about #BNAA and its membership, you can find all the information here: https://bnaa.net.au/
14.01.2022 Before you set goals for the upcoming week, don’t forget to reflect and see what worked and what didn't in the past working week. What you did well and where you can improve? Some of the questions you can ask yourself are: Did I successfully achieve my weekly goals?... Is there any goal I couldn’t achieve? What are the possible reasons behind failure? What went right? What went wrong? What could be done in a better way? What more could be done? What did I learn? How can I improve? Celebrate your wins, no matter how small they are. Make a note of lessons, tips, and tricks that you learned. Plan how you can apply the acquired knowledge to your approach, methodologies, and business. Reflecting on experiences is crucial as it makes sure you are not repeating the same mistakes, applying the lessons you have learned, and improvising on a continual basis. #achieveyourgoals #reflecting #selfreflect #successmindset #businesstips
10.01.2022 Create your weekly to-do list by categorizing your tasks. Get started by listing all the projects, clients, files, or assignments you need to focus on in the upcoming week. Once you have outlined the areas where your attention is needed, start visualizing, and listing all the tasks that you need to accomplish relating to each project, client, file, or assignment. If there are any meetings and appointments, add them to this to-do list. Attach deadlines to each task based on pr...iorities. Knowing what projects to focus on, what tasks to complete, and the deadlines will help you get in the right mindset and create a viable weekly work plan. How do you plan to stay productive and have a successful working week?

08.01.2022 Don't be discouraged by changes or failures. Think about your strong desire to succeed. Think of all the reasons why you started doing what you do. Look for ways of turning these changing circumstances or failures into opportunities. Reflect, learn, and then use your passion to respond. That's when you will find success. Do you agree? #motivation #smallbusiness #smallbusinessowners #entrepreneurs #success #businesssuccess #change #failureispartofsuccess

05.01.2022 So so excited to announce that we have moved our office interstate from Tasmania to New South Wales, and now will be able to offer on-site assistance to SMEs and start-ups in Sydney and Greater Sydney surrounds. We had been really busy with the move, and at the same time, we were working really hard to make sure that our interstate relocation does not affect our work quality and outcomes. Winowin Consulting would like to thank all our amazing clients for being super cooperat...ive, understanding, and helpful during this time. Thank you so much for your support. We are still in the process of setting up our new office, but we are 100% functional, catering to the needs of our existing clients, and we also have a new client coming on board from the 1st of November. We are waiting for Tasmanian borders to open for NSW. Once the borders are open, and it is safe to commute, we will be able to book on-site visits and appointments for our Tasmanian clients. Until then, we are available virtually to support your business needs. A lot is going in the background. We are working on some exciting social media packages for SMEs and start-ups. We will be announcing this somewhere at the beginning of next year. We will keep you posted. Meanwhile, please note our new postal address and let us know if you have any questions.
03.01.2022 Recognization is one of the ways to celebrate the successes together with the community and set the pace for other young fresh minds to believe in themselves.
