25.01.2022 Small things making big differences VJ feature wall

24.01.2022 QUOTE ACCEPTED!

23.01.2022 And just like that the composite deck in Arundel comes to completion. Love how the monument flashings come out to match the gutter and fascia of the house. We opted for a steel subframe and composite decking as the house is located in a bushfire zone. @ Arundel

23.01.2022 Late night floor prep. Preparation is essential when laying a floor, you can spend $5000 per square meter or $500 without a flat solid subfloor your money will be wasted. Prior Preparation Prevents Poor Performance.... Todays lesson over. Winter Out.

23.01.2022 Ah Thats that. Beaut of a Kwila deck layed in Coombabah. ONTO the next project! Finishing unfinished tasks To all my outstanding jobs thank you for being so patient! Ive had behind the scenes obligations holding me up a bit! Thank you for your patience.

22.01.2022 And just like that the wardrobe at the Pacific Pines renovation is sorted! Loving the extra space! @ Gold Coast, Queensland

22.01.2022 You just cant win them all. Today was a very very trying day, concrete cutters on-site hit the fire hydrant mains due to the original installation being non-compliant. Persistence got us through the day... and a big hack hammer. Big ups to Dayshelf Fire Systems for coming out and sorting this out for us. Bring on tomorrow.

21.01.2022 A quick before and after of the 74 Pacific Pines Blvd renovation

21.01.2022 Could really use your opinion!! Anne is looking to get rid of the rental looking carpet and go for a timber floorboard, what will match the grey tiles more do you think? Lighter or dark?

20.01.2022 Oh I’m in love with a new little orange number. The paslode coil gun absolute killer of a tool.

19.01.2022 Holy s%#t what a week that was! It seems like it was a tough one for all the trades we work with! Roofers, creters and plumbers! Was nice to get this beautiful kwila handrail on the Mudgeeraba Reno though, we may hit pipes but we can work timber better than anyone you know.... Update on disaster job from yesterday: We got it all sorted out concrete will be poured tomorrow morning.

17.01.2022 QUOTE ACCEPTED QUOTE ACCEPTED QUOTED ACCEPTED We need help

17.01.2022 Quote ACCEPTED! Flyover patio with 3 different rakes, heres a sketch I done. Weve stayed busy during the Covid times have withdrawn from posting on Social Media though. This is going to be a beauty of a job

17.01.2022 Couldnt help myself, had to assemble some of the flooring to get a quick look! What happens now is we wait, the timber needs 10-15 days to climatise and become familiar with the climate within its new home. This is the difference between wood and timber.

16.01.2022 Remember the sketch!!! Shes almost done! will post final photos next week whens shes 100% done.

15.01.2022 Mezzanine ready for rough in!

12.01.2022 We little Dutch Gable and brace whilst Tamborine dries out. Was muddy up there this morning.

12.01.2022 Well it hasn’t been easy but we’re on the home stretch now. Very very complex roof. But it’s a beaut. 10 hips, 4 valleys

11.01.2022 When building a bar NEVER forget the back kick. Save the beer.

10.01.2022 And just like that the floor is complete

08.01.2022 Australian Hardwoods finest! Pacific Pines renovation in full swing the floor has acclimatised and is laying down beautifully, of course with the persuasion of a lump hammer and a pneumatic secret nail gun, youll find it hard coming across a floor like this, years worth of Australian Hard timbers, including Spotted Gun, Sydney Bluegum/Flooded gum, Tasmanian Oak, Black Butt, Iron bark and a few others I cant quite put my finger on. Anyway this is the master bedroom, the tv wall is where the robe door use to be, have LOADS to go!

08.01.2022 In goes the void, new stair well and bulkheads!

07.01.2022 Only a few more steps to go before the Master at the Pacific Pines Reno is knocked on the head! New Robe and a killer Australian Hardwood floor.

06.01.2022 Cant help but persuade customers to go for the gorgeous kwila beams that are coming out of Southport Timbers lately... LOVING IT AND SO ARE THEY!

05.01.2022 QUOTE SENT! Wowee hope this quote gets accepted I think they need us more than we need them! 03.01.2022 Awesome learnings here!

03.01.2022 Well it hasnt been easy but were on the home stretch now. Very very complex roof. But its a beaut. 10 hips, 4 valleys
