05.01.2022 Only 3 sleeps until Winterfest!
05.01.2022 To our valued guests and participants, With heavy hearts, we are postponing Winterfest until 2021. This has been an incredibly difficult decision for all involved. Regardless of whether the official Public Health events ban continues after June 16, the current virus projections show it will be unsafe for us to run. ... The health of our guests, performers and stallholders is our priority for this decision, and we want to help all of our extended family of attendees to be safe during this time. We understand how important Winterfest is to our guests and participants. We are continuing our community and charity assistance during this hard time. We are already planning for Winterfest 2021! We hope you’ll join us on the weekend of Sat 26th & Sun 27th June 2021 for our 15 year anniversary celebration! If you have already purchased tickets for Winterfest 2020, we will contact you soon to offer you upgrades to your tickets for 2021, or organise your refund. We appreciate your patience as we work through this process. We look forward to coming back bigger and better than ever in 2021! Stay safe, The Winterfest Team

01.01.2022 To our Guests, As most of you will know by now, the NSW Government has issued a cease events Public Health (Covid-19 Public Events) Order. This means that any event with over 500 people is not allowed to run. This is in effect from 16th March, 2020 until 14th June, 2020. The Winterfest 2020 dates are 3 weeks after the end of the order.... Because we understand how important Winterfest has become both to our guests as well as our vendors and performers, we are continuing to prepare for Winterfest to run on the 4th & 5th of July, so long as it is safe to do so. We look forward to supporting all of our Winterfest community by being able to continue. We are already planning extra measures for safety, including hand washing stations around the event grounds. So long as we can continue on these dates, we will extend our early-bird discounts period to the 21st of June to give you time to decide without missing out on the offer. We will continue to act under the advice of the government and experts. If there is any risk to our guests and community, we will cancel the event with as much forewarning as possible. If this does occur, we will be providing refunds to all pre-purchased ticket holders. We appreciate the patience, understanding, and ongoing support provided by our community in these uncertain times.
