20.01.2022 This is the measures Win Win Roofing go to remove and decontaminate a roof cavity on an asbestos reroof..the amount of built up rubbish that was in this roof cavity (mostly decayed sisalation paper and bits of asbestos) was huge but we spent nearly all day doing it properly then vacuuming and then pva spraying it as per regulations

Thanks Sam McGuire, and the other Sam from beards plumbing and roofing, Shane Diedrichs, Eli Vincent, Luke tickle and anybody else if Ive left them out. Also thankyou to Verus Constructions for the opportunity (and yet the other Sam). Was a mean feat but it got there just on dead line. Go check out Morgans seafood, I hated it but I think they really have stepped up their game, have a moment to take in the nice work whilst your there

Included: - removal/refitment of solar panels - re roofing/guttering in COLORBOND... - batten out whole roof due to shingles as origional roof with all secondary roofs timber battens rotten out and bottom and hip battens non existant - leaf guard front run only at owners request - reinforce and cover all window timbers to centre pop up roof with COLORBOND steel and replace its roof with ZINCALUME kliplok - replace gutter to that part also and new PVC spreader - replace rear patio roof and install PVC down-pipe with a T junction into existing houses rear downpipe With James Grundy

12.01.2022 Tricky reroof in Swan St GORDON PARK which came up really good considering it was the biggest jigsaw puzzle and bit of a pig of a roof. Thanks corrin of refined roofing solutions for your help (and some meltdowns) on the reroof. Came up real good!

10.01.2022 Another job complete for a regular customer (builder) for an architect client of his. This job was difficult especially with access and it became a bit of a learning lesson with a couple of aspects on it but came up ok in the end

05.01.2022 600 square metre re roof just completed..8 skylights and 6 whirly birds..came up a treat!!

04.01.2022 A job which was completed at start of November. We changed timber fascias to Colorbond fascia and gutter on this extension/renovation/ raise with new Zincalume upper and lower roofs. The upper roof aspect was thanks to Paul Reids crew, cheers for doing a nice job on the upper roof. I was a bit weary at first to be honest thanks to the many cowboys in the industry but u and your team did a very good job on that so thank you (I just had to do Dutch gable as it wasnt quite rea...dy). The whole job in full came up really nice considering how up and down and in and out the framing was. I had a hell of a time trying to get the fascia to work out level along that long run on RHS without having huge gaps above it in spots but it all worked out pretty nice with minimal gaps after bit of manipulation. 04.01.2022 Forgot to get befores but afew durings and afters. Was a totally rusted out roof in clontarf near the salty water with a big box gutter joining a rear extension to the house roof

04.01.2022 A re-gutter i have just finished leaving site a t 7 pm Sat night. Came up a treat with the fascia being painted as the old gutter was ripped off. Pretty happy with it and the owners are stoked too. Ill Put a before pic in the comments

03.01.2022 This roof pulled off alone by myself today. Ready for bit of fixing up and batten replacing and strapping/screwing etc and then gang to install new roof thursday..curved veranda will be replaced too plus gutters, downpipes and spreaders

01.01.2022 Very pleased with my new employee and his dollying and riveting of the curved hips using lead substitute "perform" after i did one to show him and then started off and positioned the other 2 so they were straight and rolled over the poly pipe nicely. This is much dearer way to do them for me but looks so much better than lobster tailing roll top so i wanted to share.
