23.01.2022 The Cairns Home Show and Caravan, Camping and Boating Expo is on again in 2017 this coming weekend. WIP Residential will be there to provide information on our services and how we can help complete your next home transformation. 21.01.2022 WIP are proud to have just completed the construction of the new Lake Placid All Abilities Ramp and Amenities Block for the Cairns Regional Council. A job well done to the team involved and we hope you enjoy the facilities should you be heading out for a dip over the up coming Easter Break.

21.01.2022 Check out the recently completed Government Office Building on McLeod/Sheridan Streets. The new renovations have dramatically improved the building facade and WIP was proud to be the principal contractor.

20.01.2022 This new luxury home, located on the hillside of Whitfield is an outstanding family home with incredible views over Cairns. The predominantly concrete construction of this house creates an imposing modern form which is partially set into the hill-slope site where it is located.This required detailed civil works to cut into the site and create the levels to allow the first floor to align with the road level behind and create a flow through. The timber flooring and aluminium louver windows used throughout helped to create an open and tropical lifestyle that was achieved through our dedicated WIP team, with a very satisfied customer.

19.01.2022 WIP Construction is excited to announce the completion of the Koahs Ark Nature Playground. The Grand opening will be held on Saturday the 1st June at 10am. It has been a great experience for WIP to be a part of and we are proud of our involvement with this community project.

This incredible luxury home, perched on the hillside of Mount Whitfield has created a magnificent canopy retreat with incredible views over the city of Cairns. 17.01.2022 Another project opening this week with the new Breast Screen Cairns facility that WIP Construction has completed. This was a high quality fit out completed for QLD Health and is now providing an invaluable service to the community. We are proud to have been a part of this project and look forward to working with QLD Health in the future.

10.01.2022 A Merry Christmas from the WIP office. We have had a busy year with a number of projects coming to a close including the Petersen Park Development and Centenary Lakes Nature Play for the Cairns Regional Council, Stage 2 of the MacKillop Catholic College and the completion of a new office fitout at the Cairns Airport to name a few. We wish everyone a safe holiday period while we are away from the 22nd of December and back on the 8th of January. Thanks for everyones support this year and we wish everyone a prosperous 2018.
