Every single person has the potential to be a healthier, fitter versi...on of themselves but it can't always be achieved alone. This is where Charlene comes in! I am sure that most of you have seen Charlene around the gym but for those of you that haven't, here's a bit about her... Athletics, sport and fitness in general has always been a big aspect of Charlene's life. In 2009 Charlene became a qualified Personal Trainer and began her own business; Flash Personal Training. Helping people achieve their fitness goals, stay on track with training and nutrition and guide people with their mental and physical abilities is all apart of what Charlene loves to do. Just over one year ago, Charlene injured herself quite badly which has given her a whole new outlook on not only her client's training but her own. This journey has given Charlene a greater understanding of the rehabilitation process and how important it is to take things slowly (even though everyone wants results instantly!). This coincides with the strength and conditioning results that take time, effort and consistency to achieve. 04.01.2022 So you may be wondered what I’ve been up too over the last 18 months or so......... I’ve ticked many boxes completing projects that I had started but never completed The first was taking a short break to look after my health (which is now back on track) ... The second one was finishing my Diploma in Clinical Aromatherapy The third one was doing a certificate iii in Individual Support which will be finished middle October And lastly doing a little bit of merchandising work to get me out and about to keep me out of trouble haha Most of all I’ve missed massage and helping so many people achieve their goals of maintaining a healthy fit body.
