25.01.2022 Couple quick videos of the 40ft Kelly chain in sub soiled ripped ground, incorporating fertiliser before summer crop goes in. Video speaks for itself really.

25.01.2022 New 40ft chain has arrived. Cl2 heavy chain on front and spiked disc rear.

24.01.2022 The new 40ft pulled with 260hp on ploughed country!!

22.01.2022 Well Wise hire is off with Muddy river and their farm/factory tour of Horsch. This has been something Ive followed for a while more so after meeting and talking to Michael Horsch years ago. Everyone has a different theory on how to farm their patch, but when you meet someone from the other side of the ball, working very similar, to our own conditions. Going to be fun few days.

21.01.2022 This ones bit longer but showing how it pulls the weeds out and knocks the dirt off the roots as well, does the same in grass as well. Not a lot of grass in this paddock so see how I go getting pictures of that.

21.01.2022 Kellychain CL2 and spiked disc in barley stubble and sorghum stubble.

21.01.2022 Picking up the 30ft heavy Kellychain today. Looks like they have done a few changes to the machine. I like the new pull, should stop ppl jack knifing it so easy.

20.01.2022 Kellychains starting to roll pretty well ATM drop this one off and pick up another on the way home

20.01.2022 So today went to shit! For Wise farming, our farm page go follow it to. Fire from somewhere on the front, long story short.

19.01.2022 Took few pics of the 30ft heavy and spike in good crop of sunflower stubble. Farmer has Phoenix harrows but is left with roots and short stalks that end up wrecking tyres. Previously he used the cast chain few years back, told him about the new setup I like and was happy to have ago. End result was all smiles. Roots pulled out of the ground, each stalk has broken every 25cm or so,is laid on the soil. So no flats, soil has been smoothed, fast decomposition of the plants means every pass after is less maintenance. Little cost for bigger savings. Best part the cracks in his soil are still there to catch any rain. Increase the sponge increase the amount of water you can use for the next crop.

17.01.2022 Dragging the old 45ft with new chain to Norwin

17.01.2022 40ft kelly chain unfold. Barley stubble and grasses knocking down the mess. Working 22.5deg to our runs to fill in few ruts.

16.01.2022 The kelly chain heavy on the front and spiked on the rear. Doesnt fine the red soil as much as it used to and is also better on black soils. Ripping out small FTRG and vine. Leave a closer pic in comments showing the red soil.

16.01.2022 Last week I put GPS trackers on all my machines. Pretty handy. From that I can get areas if people want to be dodgy or I can find them easy if they do a bearing and so on.

16.01.2022 The ajustabar off to a new home. Bit weight off my shoulders after the last 11months of dry.

15.01.2022 Giving spiked rear chain ago on the 30ft machine. Idea is it shouldnt leave a hard pan or smash the red soil up to fine. Looks angry.

15.01.2022 Good bye number 1. 45ft Kellychain going to its new home out near Glenmorgan.

15.01.2022 30ft heavy kelly chain in the paddock. Ripper little machine.

14.01.2022 Sorghum with the spiked disc is the go. Ill put the video in comments.

12.01.2022 The Game Changer! Spiked disc now on the New 40ft machine! No smearing. No fining the soil up like the CL1 chain. Looks even angrier then the 30ft. Lucky I bought the winch the other day made life easier. Working at sandalwood in the coming few days.

12.01.2022 Working for Hoopert Bailing, local guys. Cutting down some irrigated oats.

11.01.2022 Quick video, should be the go in stubble.

11.01.2022 Got to love a good slow mo

10.01.2022 Did this story a while back.

10.01.2022 The 30ft heavy with the spiked rear chain has gone into some pretty lumpy ripped silaged corn.. thinks its coming up pretty well. Big lumps are hard as rocks.

10.01.2022 Couple pictures of job today pretty nice.

09.01.2022 Out of one cab into the next. Working in the cover crop before FTR gets out of control. Setting up the new Kellychain @KellyTillage

09.01.2022 40ft Kellychain doing its thing. Every weeds here, its all coming out. Heavy disc on the front spiked at the back.

09.01.2022 Hi everyone, started a page for the farm yesterday Wise Farming check it out we started planting yesterday put a couple pics up of that.

09.01.2022 30ft Kellychain doing cracking job at Oakey saving the farmer multiple passes with other machines, the paddock will be planted shortly after

08.01.2022 New 40ft heavy vs FTR... chain wins!

07.01.2022 Slow mo of Kellychain going through some salt bush, main reason for use is to pull small FTR out before it seeds and keeping it cheaper then putting a lot of chemicals on it.

07.01.2022 The only issue with spiked disc, picks up every bit of wire, hay string and wrap. Needs to be taken out ASAP to keep a really good seed bed. Will block sections of disc and roll the ground which is not what you want.

07.01.2022 This about the toughest job for a Kelly chain. Doing it really well though.

07.01.2022 Its always amazes me on how the Kellychain pulls the roots out

05.01.2022 Canola looking good and barley coming up. No rain as yet.

02.01.2022 Macdon,2018 Build,D1-45ft,Front to suit New Holland, CR/CX or Case Combine,Tine Reel, Top Cross Auger

02.01.2022 Because of the dry weather going to sell the Ajustabar for $66000 and one of my Kellychains 45ft with fairly new CL1 chains for $77000. Both could be in your paddock tomorrow. Feel free to share it. Cheers.

02.01.2022 Having been no-till farming for 25 years the Wise family, Bowenville Qld, have seen the weeds transition to those species that proliferate in the absence of cul...tivation; weeds like fleabane, urochloa, feather top Rhodes grass, cow vine and bladder ketmia. :: In an effort to reduce their reliance on glyphosate and overcome some of the disadvantages of long-term no-till farming, the Wises have reintroduced light cultivation and are moving toward more targeted application of glyphosate and other herbicide products using an optical sprayer. See more

01.01.2022 30ft heavy chain at Bowenville really happy with the heavier front chain

01.01.2022 Coming to last day and bit over in Germany Horsch has plenty to offer and is well worth checking out. Seeing what materials they use and how they weld them together should make any Horsch owner confident that they got what they paid for, a bloody good machine. All these machines that are fully built are sold.
