17.01.2022 In my bodywork, I integrate several modalities - remedial and deep tissue massage, Bowen therapy, Emmett technique, reflexology and some craniosacral work. I also use hot stones and Young Living essential oils. I combine whatever is necessary for the client to achieve relief from pain and gain a sense of wellbeing and balance. Each session is tailored to the individual needs of the client.
