Therefore, its vital that you brush your teeth regularly in order to sustain healthy teeth. Dont forget to floss! There are also a number of natural home methods which can be used to prevent tooth cavities: Increase your Vitamin D consumption. Avoid sugary foods and drinks Substitute to sugar-free gum helps. 25.01.2022 Throughout our whole life, our teeth are constantly attacked. There is always a layer of harmful bacteria which feeds on excess food particles. This leads to an eventually worn out tooth surface, which ultimately increases the likelihood of tooth decay. However, there are a number of ways in which tooth enamel can be maintained. These include: Reducing the amount of sugar in ones diet Consume more dairy, such as milk or cheese... Brushing your teeth an hour after eating Once tooth enamel is eroded, it can never be brought back, however, weak enamel can be restored slightly by remineralisation. Therefore, its important to maintain healthy teeth and enamel, because once its gone, its almost impossible to get back. In order to ensure that your tooth enamel is healthy and for any other questions or queries, dont hesitate to contact us at http://wisedental.com.au

22.01.2022 Did you know that frequent consumption of wine can damage your teeth! This is due to its low pH level leading to possible tooth erosion. Tooth decay is the most common chronic disease in Australian adults and children. A disease thats largely preventable. So lets brush right!... Use a small soft brush so as not to damage enamel or gums and dont forget to brush gently in circles. Use just a pea-sized blob of toothpaste. If using an electric toothbrush hold the brush still for three seconds on each tooth. Brush up, inside and outside on every chewing corner of the teeth and down to reach these properly. Remember the tongue, to get rid of the bacteria too. Flossing works! Happy Friday!
