07.01.2022 Earlier this year, we celebrated our job seeker, Amber, who decided to re-enter the workforce after taking time out to raise her children. WISE worked with Amber on her employment goals, helping her to re-train with a Certificate in Individual Support and secure a relevant job placement. Amber says she's proud of everything she's achieved; I like that I’m leading a good example for my kids. They saw me commit to studying again and they were excited when I started a new job... 04.01.2022 Josh, who lives with Asperger’s syndrome, learning difficulties and an immune deficiency, turned to WISE for help finding employment. With no previous employment history, WISE took the time to get to know Josh as an individual and bring his strengths and skills to light. The team workded with our partners at Officeworks, setting Josh up with an interview at the Croydon store. He was hired shortly after. Josh has now celebrated his one year anniversary with the Officeworks tea...m. He says; My life has changed for the better since starting my role...
