23.01.2022 Monday morning ritual Every Monday morning I head down to Launceston Flour Mills to purchase our flour and have a chat to the millers. Before we started Wiseguise back in 2015, I was a baker/pastry chef for the best part of a decade and Ive always sworn Tas Flour Mills is the best flour getting around now in my own business we have never wavered from the good stuff. Wiseguise goes through close to 7 tonne of pizza flour per year and its a great feeling to know we are us...ing another local business for our supply Tas Flour Mills has been milling flour right here in Launceston since 1861!! Enjoy the day legends - dont forget to be kind to one another

23.01.2022 We currently have a number of positions available across all five of our store locations, as well as our Central Kitchen. In store we are looking for all rounders/delivery drivers. Must be available to work nights across a 7 day roster, have a minimum of a provisional licence and own a reliable vehicle. In our Central Kitchen (located in Mowbray) we have 2 positions available for food prep/kitchen hand. Operates during daytime hours.
