21.01.2022 I took today to SERIOUSLY take care of myself today...and this is how that felt to me. Self care means reaching that state where your breath is easy and doesnt burn your chest. Instead it flushes through your body with muscle softening ease. Self care means reaching that state where your heart beats without you knowing about it and you dont need your eyes to guide where you need to go. Instead y...oure able to feel the outer reaches of your personal energy bubble as it gentle expands and contracts to what is going on around you. Your eyes are rested and content to relax focus on a single thing only, for longer that usual...and its enchanting. Self care means reaching that state where youre not thinking guiltily about those who are not able to be doing self care with you right now. Instead youre downloading your frantic rush and exhausted fall out energy and replacing it with calm soft present-ness that everyone gets to enjoy when you return. Its not selfish - is self-ful. Its that way because when you emerge from your self care time - you transform into an embodiment of love energy which seeps out from your personal bubble into the ones of those around you. And everyone heals... 04.01.2022 You may have noticed my Coping Better Everyday Live pic has a pineapple in it. In case youre still trying to work that one out in your spare time ... heres why I love pineapples. This pic was taken this morning from one Im growing from the planted top of another...some little critter had a nibble on it a few nights ago so Ive had to cover it up over night...can you see it has started to heal itself as it continues to grow? The lesion was quite fleshy and open when I fi...rst saw it the day after I noticed it has been fruit-sacked... PINEAPPLES ARE ALSO AWESOME BECAUSE...
