25.01.2022 Our Mr Kristopher successfully got two fraud charges discontinued/dismissed against our client with cost for want of prosecution Pursuant to section 25. Our cli...ent has been fighting these charges for over two years, she was stood down pending the outcome of these matters and was unable to gain any meaningful employment as a Registered Nurse because of these charges. Seeing her tears of joy after telling her the good news is what makes us fight for all our clients to the extend the law permits us to. AT Savannah Legal your success will always be our Commitment.

17.01.2022 Case News Immigration S501 Visa Cancellation. On the 3 & 4 December 2018 Mr Louis Morris Kristopher did full two days trial at Administrative Appeal Tribunal (AAT) in Melbourne with respect to permanent Resident Visa cancellation on Character grounds because the Applicant has substantial criminal record pursuant to s501(6)(a). Mr Kristopher was going against well experienced Australian Government's Solicitor with many years of practising Law. Two days before the trial, Mr Kr...istopher made sure that he prepared well into the early hours of the mornings if he was to achieve a good outcome for his client facing deportation from Australia. Any negative decision would have effectively meant that our client's three younger children are denied ongoing presence of a loving father and the significant impact the Visa cancellation would have had on the future relationship between these kids and their father. After the examination in chief on day one, the Australian Government's Solicitor walked to him, he tapped Mr Kristopher on the shoulder and said "Well done mate, that was great". The same thing happened after cross examination. Mr Kristopher was both surprised and overwhelmed of the acknowledgement of good job he was doing. For ones advocacy skills to be given a thumps up by a senior Counsel means a lot. Today the AAT in Melbourne published a decision about the case. By the grace of God the decision of the Department of Home Affairs is set a side or overturned which is positive for our client that he will not be deported from Australia. He will continue to have attachment to all his children. We thank God for giving Mr Kristopher strength to help where he can. When he delivered the good news to our client this afternoon from detention centre, they were both emotional and tears of joy to see that his representation of the client in Court for the best interests of his three young children. He said to Mr Kristopher, "how much money should I give you", Mr Kristopher said to him God will pay him for the work he has done but he asked the client to do him a favour, to go and do one good act of kindness to somebody to change their life and that will be client's payment for his service. We are glad that the children do not have to be deprived of their father forever for unfortunate mistakes of their father. Everyone deserves a second chance!!!
