08.01.2022 I'm not sure whether it's middle-age or the thinking about our future that we have had to embrace this year, but I've never been clearer about what I want to do, what I want to learn and how I want to help people. At the same time, I've never been more open to the fact that as I grow and learn, those things might change.

05.01.2022 WISE WORDS PODCAST RETURNING IN AUGUST One of my favourite projects that I started pre-coronavirus was the Wise Words Podcast , and I am very very happy that I will be getting back into it from August - albeit with a slightly different focus. I originally envisaged it as a podcast covering a variety of business topics however, while still relevant to business, the new content will be very people-centric with topics related to personal development. ... The format will still be mainly me interviewing others but I will also do a few solo efforts on topics that I specialise in. I am excited about the changes I am making right now, of which this is one. I hope you will join me on the Wise Words Podcast in August.
