25.01.2022 A Quick Update for Witch & Willow trading this weekend. We are OPEN as normal on SATURDAY from 9:30am We will be CLOSED on SUNDAY for new Renovations to commence. ... There will be a few disruptions in the coming weeks but it is all going to be so worth it. We are looking forward to this next chapter of W&W it’s going to be exciting. Watch this space!

24.01.2022 Today brings the Full Moon in Capricorn at 4.40am AEST. The Full Moon is a time of culmination and release. Capricorn is the sign of business, leadership and b...ig goals. If you are in business or in a role of leadership, take this time to review your actions. Are you serving others in the best way you know how? If the answer is 'no' then choose to release those actions that aren't for the highest good. Also review your goals. Do you need to let some goals go? Are you still headed in the right direction? Again, release what isn't working during this time. This Full Moon culminates at 3 degrees 27 minutes of Capricorn. Take a look at your own birth chart and see where it lies. The house in which it falls will provide additional information on other areas of life that are highlighted during this time.

22.01.2022 Salt Bowl Ward I like to keep a few different types of wards around my home but this one is one of my favorites from the days that I was in the broom closet. ...I would place a salt bowl with a candle in the center and then include herbs and other things like I have done with this example you see. It was a nice way to ward the home and brush it off as something I saw on Pinterest that JoAnn girl was talking about Now that I’m out of the broom closet I don’t usually keep a candle in them BUT having one is an excellent use of the fire element. The whole point of this ward is accessing the earth element and using elemental magic to protect the space. The point of the bowls is to absorb the harmful around you and to prevent and keep away the bad. Here’s what’s in my bowl and why I picked it. The rosemary is from my personal garden just because I’m a bit extra but store-bought is fine of course! Salt- Purification- to absorb negative energy Juniper Berries- protection, anti-theft, banishing, peace, wishes, sets sacred space, spirit of the north Rosemary -, protection, mental clarity, wards negativity, blessing, cleansing, strength, healing, psychic ability, spirit of south, Black Tourmaline- Protection- to me the strongest crystal out there. The original wise women would line their properties with it. I will change these out..tossing the salt and herbs in the trash away from my home as I do not want to put harsh coarse salt on my soil. Dispose of your bowl contents however you please because that’s your business! You can keep these anywhere you want The front door, in the bedrooms, there’s no right or wrong with them. I have mine on one of my altars.

19.01.2022 How are you all doing mentally today? We all get to a point where the darkness seems to envelop us. For some of you it doesn't take much to send you spiralling.... You may be struggling with isolation, loss of income, loss of connection with others and you will also be picking up on the pain of others right now. Consider some time to sit in the sunshine, a little meditation, a ritual where you just light and candle and send out love from your heart to your community and to the place where you live. This is a gentle reminder that as long as the idea that you are a victim stays within you - you will find this a difficult place to work magick and move beyond those feelings. You can always do something - keep active and keep your mind in a super positive space.

There are a variety of smudging sticks out there and another amazing botanical is BL...ACK SAGE also known as Mugwort, black Sagebrush, magical sage or even dream Weed. What is Black Sage used for?
