Sometimes through pride or simply because we dont like to offend, we dont say no. Not even when it is the only truly appropriate course of action. You find yourself taking on more than you can handle and biting off more than you can chew. You may need to be more diplomatic, but there is absolutely no harm in saying NO, when the occasion arises. Often by taking the bull by the horns and being a little more assertive, you will find the problems in your life starting to actually ease of.
