19.01.2022 Then I came across a doona cover from way back, half of which was made from a soft, light-weight denim. So I made it into a midi-length duster coat to wear over jeans or pants and trimmed the collar and sleeves with pearls.

17.01.2022 Still recycling.... This embroidered cotton tablecloth was too beautiful to discard so I repurposed it into a wrap skirt and matching top - for peeps who like the boho look. Works with other tops too...

06.01.2022 The beauty of using fabric from sheets is that they have been washed so many times before there is no chemical residue left and the fabric is beautiful and soft. Here are some versatile items to mix and match - a wrap skirt (I love this style, so easy to wear) with a camisole and vest. All these items work beautifully with denim. Vest works over other dresses too.

01.01.2022 Believe it or not, here's a repurposed doona cover. Gorgeous pastel lemon n turquoise check in a very soft cotton works well in a bias cut dress, plus wrap skirt and matching top. Also found a rich cream coloured sheet to fashion the scoop neck skirt from.
