Payment is due on the day of your clean Cancellations require at least 24hours notice, otherwise you will be charged 50% of your normal charge... If you are working from home, please remember that you are required to keep your distance (go for a walk, work outside if you can etc) If you or anyone in your home are unwell, please cancel your clean Please remember to empty your vacuum after our visit Please continue to clean your high touch areas regularly in between our visits (light switches, power points, door handles etc) Please remember, the clearer your benchtops, floors etc, the more we can clean!! Please also note, that if we arrive at your home only to find someone is ill, we have the right to cancel your clean immediately and you will be charged the full amount. With the increase in Covid 19 cases and general winter illnesses we ask that you notify us of any illnesses in your home and respect our right to choose whether we enter your home or decide that it’s best not to.
