Im Gluten Free by choice, so sometimes having a little in my diet to keep variety is a-ok with me Mayver's Dark Roasted Peanut Butter is the bomb! If you havent tried this combo, get on it!

16.01.2022 3 years ago I was faced with the potential that I was dying. I didnt sugar coat it, I had a 2 year old at home and told those close to me that this could be the outcome. But I NEVER gave in, I never stopped fighting. December 2015 was the deal breaker. I was gifted with a new life. A chance to start over, empowered from my journey and excited for the future. I came from a dark place but seen the light. I continue to fight for myself, my body and my mind daily. Its an ong...oing battle but one Im not ever willing to give up. I NEVER think about what if it comes back, Instead I work on myself, and know that today I am true, authentic and healthy. From the battle came the triumph. Im not who I used to be, but Im damn proud of who I am now. This week is Cervical Cancer Awareness Week. I have raised so much awareness over the years, and continue to do so. Im open, honest and raw about my cancer, and dont hold back. I urge you all to get checked, make the pledge, share my story, and love life for every second it gives you Australian Cervical Cancer Foundation (ACCF)

11.01.2022 Today, this very day, marks 4 years since my life changed forever. The words no one ever dreams of hearing in their lifetime... you have cancer I remember every event of that day leading up to the phone call. I remember where I was, what I was doing...persuading the doctor to tell me over the phone, breaking down in front of my almost 2 year old, then picking myself up, calling hubby and baking muffins Although I remember so much from that day, four years on I sti...ll forget constantly the battle I fought, and WON. I will forever hold the trauma, the ongoing mental and physical pain, but I make the choice to not always remember, to continue to move forward with out holding back. To live, and laugh, and cherish every moment of my life. Today has hit me in all the feels. But you know what? I wouldnt change my path if I had the chance to go back and do it all again. Stronger. I felt called to the PT industry, so I got up and made it happen. Now upon completing I am presented with so many opportunities, and know that it was the right direction for me. ... 04.01.2022 Peanut Butter Banana Fudge You Will Need: 1 Large banana Cup Smooth Peanut Butter... Cup Coconut Oil 2 Tbsp Rice Malt Syrup Pinch Pink Himalayan Salt Small Saucepan Mixing bowl Silicone Patty Pans Method: Using a fork, mash your banana in a mixing bowl Heat a saucepan on low heat. Melt the coconut oil Add in the peanut butter and rice malt syrup. Stir until combine Remove from heat and pour in the mashed banana. Add in a pinch of pink salt Continue to stir until all ingredients are mixed well Using a tablespoon, spoon in two tablespoons per patty pan Place in freezer for a minimum of 2 hours to set. (Can be left longer in freezer if required) Remove from patty pans Serve immediately OR Store in freezer until ready to consume

I have become quite spiritual over the last 5 years, taking interest in the woo woo stuff 7. I invest a lot of time & funds into my own self development! Mindset work is huge for me 8. Im pretty passionate about long term health and thinking outside the box (ciao big pharma) 9. Im very happily married, and my husband is also a business owner (Springer Electrical) 10.
