24.01.2022 I love that I got my oils to simply make my house smell good naturally. I’ve cleaned with no chemicals or low tox for around 15 years with Enjo and before that I was called the queen of bleach.. I used to get excited about buying new cleaning products.. Then I learnt just how fast they are taken into our body’s and for me it was about the health of my children.. being bathed in a bath I’d cleaned with bleach that morning But I will admit I love nice smells.. ... Not only do Doterra oils smell divine they are 100% pure! I’ve learnt so much along the way that not only does my house smell amazing, so do my children so do our clothes and I can make my own low tox/ natural cleaning and body products plus they can help support our health. I’m passionate about living better and sharing my DIY with you all. If there is something you would like to get rid of using in your home around you and your family, what would it be??? I bet I can help you do it.

23.01.2022 Ok so I only just got a diffuser for the boys room a week ago for what ever reason I thought max who is 3 would play with it and just didn’t really want the mess... same child is also a boy who struggles with winding down and going to sleep. I dreaded bed because I knew it was always going to be a fight for an hour or so... Ummmmmm game changer!!!! I put it on with my blend of choice an hour before bed time, give him his roller to pop on and now I no longer dread bedtime he’s in bed asleep and snoring miracles do happen out of these little bottles

21.01.2022 So I had a friend contact me with a blocked sinus problem. So I put together a roller for her to try and help get things moving. I tested it on myself first as I wanted to make sure it wasn’t going to make her tear ducts cry a river Well I had no sinus issues and within a minute my nose was running... WOW.. I was soooo impressed with myself... oh and the oils.. I’m pleased to say it has helped her so much So if your having any issues with your snoz I would highly r...ecommend getting these 2 oils for your own roller, diffuser or room spray blends.. let me know if I can help See more

09.01.2022 Our feet deserve a lot of love and care! An amazing foot scrub can be a great part of your self-care routine! What you need: 2 cups of Epsom salt ... cup bicarbonate of soda cup Almond oil Zest of one lemon 4 drops Lavender essential oil 4 drops Frankincense essential oil Method: 1. Combine Epsom salt with bicarbonate of soda and lemon zest in a large bowl. 2. Add essential oils. 3. Place in fridge until the mixture is solid. 4. Stir with a wooden spoon to mix thoroughly. 5. Pour the mixture into a jar and use within a few weeks. 03.01.2022 One of my new favourite oil blends is purify. It cleanses the air with the diffuser beautifully I cooked a heap of onions the other day and usually this leads to me scrubbing the entire house to rid the smell....but I put this on overnight and I was honestly amazed
