23.01.2022 An excellent read. In my experience as a therapist, around 99% of my clients' anxiety, depression ADHD, BPD symptoms are created in childhood development and are the result of trauma or dealing with adversity. It doesn't mean that medicine isn't useful (as a therapist I cannot diagnose or prescribe) but should be always used in conjunction with therapy and should be considered first and foremost as a temporary solution.
