19.01.2022 I had this massive download this morning while journaling. My anxiety has always felt like it had this massive grip on me, it was like the Fat Controller of my mind, body and soul. It’s what fuelled the train to go faster and faster, and at the same time the brakes were on. My conscious mind felt like it didn’t matter what the brakes were doing the anxiety would win. The brakes would wear out. Over the last 10 years that Fat Controller and I have had many arguments. I’ve tri...ed so many things to sit down and work it out. For us to come to a compromise so I could find the joy, I knew the light was in there. The whole train journey, it has been fast and slow at the same time. But know the Fat Controller and I are speaking the same language, we’ve got an understanding. These days I listen to his whispers, as we take the scenic route. As long as I listen, I know I’m on the right tracks because we go just the right speed that I can actually stop and enjoy the view.

12.01.2022 We’ve headed away for a few days but I honestly didn’t know if we would end up being able to go because Grayden had been struggling with hayfever congestion. So over the last 3 days I’ve been smothering him with the basic @symphonyofthecells protocol, @doterra kids stronger & the easy air rub and I tell ya what. He has woken up today and it so much better!! Consistency is key. So grateful for these amazing #giftsfromtheearth

11.01.2022 Hello I thought it’d be a great idea to introduce myself again, because so many things have changed since the last time I did. I’m Corrina, wifey to this amazing man Jared & mum to these two beautiful (drive me crazy) boys Mstr G (almost 8) and Mstr A (6) For most of my adult life I’ve suffered from anxiety and depression, then in November 2019 I was diagnosed with Complex PTSD. With that diagnosis everything that had happened with my mental health made so much sense. ... The last almost 2 years has been the hardest and best part of my healing Now I’m on the other side, that illness is still there but I’m so much stronger and I’m ready to share my story with the world. With that I’ve recently become a NLP ( neuro linguistique practitioner ) & Time Line Therapist I’ve learnt how to understand how my brain uses my senses to filter my thoughts and situations around me, I’ve then learnt how to create new thought patterns and clear all the old shit. 10.01.2022 Reality. This kid just completely cracked it because his teddies is wouldn’t sit on his pillow and he doesn’t want to brush his hair. So some breathing exercises, a little punching of the pillows and a cuddle and we’re off with a little less frustration. ... Such a big week for these monkeys as well as me and if I don’t keep my cool neither do they. Particularly this one. Anyway cute pic, awesome artwork by @wildberry_art
