20.01.2022 I practice yoga to feel the simplicity of being and breathing, here and now, losing all extra stuff to reconnect with the self, which in turn helps me better connect with others. The @powerlivingadelaide community for me, reminds me of this simplicity and interconnection.. which is more profound when I come back to practice after some time when I’ve let life get busy, and forgotten to slow down. I commit to leading by example by continuing to take leaps of faith on this ...journey, and being kinder to myself This is my commitment, what’s yours?
