24.01.2022 It’s me, Ebony!!and I thought I’d pop up a photo of me, just me, to say hi and so when I arrive at your house at your most vulnerable moments you know my face!

24.01.2022 Just about done with uni!! Looking through my pics and reminding myself of my why!Not long to go now!

23.01.2022 I’ve been wanting to wash my fruit and veg for so long now, water alone just didn’t make much sense to me and making up my own solution just seemed like too much effort - lazy I know! But! I’m super happy with my new Thieves fruit and veg soak made from essential oils and plant derived products. Whack a small amount in with some water and you’re good to go! My apples are so shiny!

22.01.2022 Here’s to 3 0 for the Hubby and I! To doing more of what we love, what lights us up and what fills our cup for us and our little family.

21.01.2022 I blinked and there’s now a beautiful little boy staring up at me. These little people, they are the biggest and best reminder of how precious time is.

20.01.2022 What do people need during their most vulnerable moments?...To know that someone cares and the basics of food and drink. These two things are well combined through the gift of a Nurture Basket.

14.01.2022 It’s World Breastfeeding Week and the 2020 message is to support breastfeeding for a healthier planet. This statement highlights how the effects of breastfeeding are far and wide.A few things I would like to post in support of world breastfeeding week is.I aim to support all women throughout pregnancy and motherhood no matter their struggles or goals. The information I aim to post in regards to breastfeeding is often limited due to the nature of breastfeeding and the many d...ifferences I see in feeding and families, my support is tailored and what’s right for one is not right for another.Pressures on society are huge and can’t be ignored when looking at families and the bigger picture.Breastfeeding is more than just nutrition.Breastfeeding often requires consideration and reflection on other areas of personal and family life.No matter your questions I’m hear to support you on whatever path you’re on.#wbw2020 See more

06.01.2022 Merry Christmas everyone.Thank you to all the lovely families I have met this year, to my colleagues and to all the other amazing women within the community who I have worked with. Our little family has had a lot happening this year and so I’m excited for some 2021 down time!! Wishing you a slow, relaxing and fulfilling Christmas.

01.01.2022 As the party season moves at a roaring pace, I’m thinking it’s time to check ourselves and be a little less of the ‘can do it all’ people, and find ways to get ...to January feeling energised and excited. Here are 10 things we can start today, to make sure we have the energy to enjoy our holidays and protect our health. 1. Sleep. Make a commitment to getting 3 great night’s sleep a week. Leave the party early if you're not feeling it! 2. Drink a good couple of glasses of filtered or natural mineral water, before drinking alcohol. 3. Up your liver cleansing foods. Bitter greens, garlic, grapefruit, avocados, ginger, dandelion greens, turmeric. 4. Make a bulk batch of green smoothies and veggie juices on a Sunday, pop into jars & defrost each day, for a nice big dose of nutrients & vitamins. 5. Find time to lie down. Learned this one from my naturopath and it’s fabulous! Sometime during the day between 11am and 3pm. 6. Take Epsom salt baths when possible, for ultimate muscle relaxation yet pick me up all at the same time. 7. Choose your drinks wisely. Added sulphites and sugary mixers result in nasty headaches. 8. It’s ok to say no and structure some downtime. 9. Start the day with 5 minutes of stretching and breathing and 1/2 lemon in water. 10. Schedule some quality nature time. Have any you'd like to add to the list? #lowtoxlife #lowtoxin #lowtoxliving #golowtox #christmas #holidays
