We explore, discover all the Countries around the world by playing World map game, drew the Lebanese flags and talked about the meaning of each colour, then Australia and all the flags that children belong too( India, Brazil, Poland, China). We asked parent to support the cause by little gesture donating goods or money by giving address to send the donation and account number. We are all unique, our differences make us special. 13.01.2022 QA6: collaborative partnership with families and community. The way you see your children is the way your children see themselves. Be a mirror that reflect how wonderful, beautiful, amazing they are. When children feel loved, respected and accepted the way they are, they learn to love, respect and accept themselves too. Negative communication with children builds stress, affects their behaviour and destroys their ability to take a challenge, love themselves the way they are. Building positive communication and relationships will build children confidence, self esteem and ability to keep trying, take risks and challenge.

06.01.2022 FDCA is delighted to advise that the Federal Government has just announced an additional financial assistance package to support the child care sector through t...he COVID-19 pandemic (https://tinyurl.com/t6jcxvt). The announcement aligns closely with many of the recommendations made by FDCA in our COVID-19 response brief (https://tinyurl.com/s85j87j), and is a direct result of the significant collective advocacy of FDCA and key stakeholders from across the sector, along with the support of Departments and Ministers at both levels of government. In Summary: - Family day care services will receive 50% of their fee revenue based on the number of children who were in care during the fortnight leading into 2 March, whether or not they were attending services. The payment will support ongoing educator revenue to those that are open and available to provide care along with ongoing service operations. - Educators and services will also receive the Jobkeeper payments (where eligible) - Service must remain open and provide care (or be available for care) for all children enrolled on or after 17 February 2020 - The service cannot charge family (gap fees are not charged) - The funding will apply from 6 April - Before funding commences on 6 April Services and Educators may waive gap fee for parents FDCA will continue to unpack the details of the announcement and share details specific to family day care with members as they become available. We commend the Government on its response and we are proud to have made a significant contribution to this outcome on behalf of our members. We know that there will be an enormous volume of questions. Please be patient while we unpack the details of the announcement after which we will provide more information to members.

03.01.2022 QA1: Educational program and practice. Fun educational program: Play with letters and words. Learning new concept with this challenging memory words game: choosing word colour or letters from the charts ( observe, adapt, memorise, process by sounding, writing then drawing pictures). Children are capable, confident and involved learners. Children are great challengers.
02.01.2022 reinforcing healthy eating habits. providing junk for your kids means prohibiting them from eating healthy meals especially with stubborn and fussy children and youre not building their immune system. Cakes on special occasions only. Drink only water and milk for morning tea( no drink at all). Other drink will be part of program made by children. So we need all to work in partnership and follow wiz kids fdc policies and guidelines. Its ok to be firm and consistent with chi...ldren by providing healthy alternative nutrition choices. talk about the benefits of healthy eating habits on our body, brain, teeth and the negative impact of poor choices ( sick, rotten teeth, diabetes, obesity, cholesterol).
