There is a high chance youve already heard about this trend, but what you might not know is that it can be very helpful when transitioning into a new season (like Winter to Spring). Co-washing is conditioner-only washing... in other words, without using any shampoo. This method is designed to retain your scalps natural oils more compared to using shampoo. While it can be a good option for those with dry, thick, or curly hair, unfortunately it isnt going to suit those with oily hair or scalp problems.

Play around with letting it air dry and figuring out a way to build it into your day-to-day look. Oh and most importantly - dont use supermarket hair dyes or cut your own hair at home! However, be careful of using too much Biotin - a water-soluble vitamin which promotes hair growth.
