21.01.2022 **WJCC UNIFORMS** We have had a few enquiries about uniforms. New kids to WJCC this season (including if you played blasters at WJCC) will be given a long sleeve white shirt and a cricket hat. Note: when you try the shirts on the sleeves are a little shorter than normal - they are designed this way to keep the sleeves away from the batting gloves and not cover hands while trying to take a catch.... Shirts and hats can be purchased at allocation day or online at WJCC.com.au website if you need new clothing. You will need to purchase long white pants. Kids can wear any enclosed joggers - colour doesn't matter. All cricket gear will be provided by the club (ie helmets, pads, gloves bats etc) however for hygiene we ask that all kids supply their own protector. Hope this helps. Thanks paul WJCC President

15.01.2022 Hi All **REGISTRATIONS CLOSE TONIGHT 22 SEPT ** Final reminder for Junior cricket, Whitfords Junior Cricket Club is closing for registration tonight. Please refer to our website and following the links: wjcc.com.au . Please note: Junior and Master Blaster cricket will remain open to registration for another couple of weeks. For all new members, including players registering from Master Blasters last season to Junior Cricket, they will receive a free hat and shirt.... If the season is cancelled before before Christmas due to Covid-19 we will reimburse all registration fees (minus any incurred costs ie NWMCA team registration fee, umpire fees etc). We had a fantastic number of new girls play cricket last season and we would like to continue that again this season. WJCC is put on a girls come and try cricket day and had a good number of U11 girls come along, it was a great afternoon despite the weather.. Please help us grow girls cricket and spread the word and post the flyer on your school facebook page. Note: this season we have partnered up with the Perth Cricket Academy and Australian Cricket Institute to provide an on-line support for coaches (including weekly training plans tailored for each age group, online forums for technical support) and face to face training for coaches with Paulo Franzoni. This will provide an excellent foundation for coaches to get the best out of the players and continue to make cricket exciting. 06.01.2022 Hello All 2020/21 Player and Parents, We welcome all returning players and parents and all new players and parents to our community cricket club. We hope everyone has a great season. We now have closed registration for junior cricket (Blasters still open) and allocated teams thanks to our hard working Registrar (Kristian).... Team Allocation will be held at Mac Donald Park Pavilion on Sunday 11th October at the following times: . Boys U10 & U11 - 3:15 - 3:45pm . Boys U12 & U13 - 4:00 - 4:30pm . Girls U11 & U13 & U15 & U18 4:45 - 5:15pm . Boys U14 & U15 & U17 5:30 - 6:00pm o Senior Club to discuss pathway from Juniors to Seniors On this day we need every team to allocate a Coach and a Manager. We have made every attempt to meet all requests made during the registration period. However not all requests can be met due to team numbers, numbers of registrations etc. If your child wishes to change team then you should approach that team and see if anyone is willing to swap then we can accommodate this change. Uniforms WJCC has on online shop where you can purchase uniforms online and collect them on this day. There will also be a stall for purchasing on the day (but often longer queue's on this day). Remember all new players receive a free hat and shirt.
