21.01.2022 It’s with deep regret that we announce the immediate cancellation of the WKA Fight Night & Traditional Skills event of 2020. We will always put our martial artists and supporters safety first and in light of the government announcement regarding gatherings of 500 people or more we feel that to continue at this stage would be irresponsible at best. We would like to sincerely apologise to all fighters matched and their coaches as we know a lot of hard work will already have b...een done. We would also like to apologise to all the mixed martial artists who (as we know) have been working tirelessly on their traditional skills in preparation for May 30. This decision was not taken lightly. Any ticket purchases for this show will of course be valid for a refund. Dates for the next sanctioning will be posted at a later date. Regards, WKA Queensland

15.01.2022 Yes the traditional skills is happening again this year. If you'd like to be a volunteer, please email Kate Proud: [email protected]. If you plan on entering any events please let me know so I don’t roster you onto jobs when you want to compete.
