NOT COVERED: Listed Events - Sophie has a Listed Events policy and hasn't listed her ring. Sophie cannot claim. Accidental Damage - Sophie has an Accidental Damage policy, but her ring is over the $10,000 limit and isn't listed. Sophie can claim for only up to $10,000.... COVERED: Listed Item - Sophie had her item listed under her Listed Events policy, which means YES she can claim it! Accidental Damage - Sophie's policy is Accidental Damage, covering Jewellery items up to $10,000. Sophie's ring is valued at $5000. YES she can claim it! Accidental Damage & Listed Item - Sophie has an Accidental Damage policy and has listed her ring at $13,000. With the proper documentation, Sophie can claim the full replacement cost!
