24.01.2022 Remote Engineering Support | COVID-19 UPDATE: Monday 16 March 2020 As coronavirus continues to cause disruptions to operations and the workforce, Waterline would like to notify our valued clients that we are fully operational throughout this challenging period. ... Waterlines business model is designed to provide remote multi-disciplined engineering support to site operations in Queensland mining. So while our team have historically had the flexibility and technology infrastructure to work from anywhere, today our operations team finalised arrangements to make our entire workforce remote should this need to happen in the coming days or weeks. Several additional measures have now also been implemented to ensure that we can increase the level of support to our site clients at this time. One of these steps is to ensure that our staff take the respectful and necessary actions to remove themselves from the work environment if they have been in contact with people who are unwell or if they themselves are becoming unwell. We will continue to monitor this closely. While your operation may face uncertainty at this time, we encourage you to consider how Waterline may be able to assist in your sites readiness to respond to the impact of COVID-19 on your teams, and all elements of site operations. Waterline have resourced our team to be able to provide remote engineering support (electrical, mechanical, structural and operational technology) by a team that have extensive operational site experience including: Engineering design projects 24-hour turn-around backdrafting Software to digitise paper-based processes on site (to allow for remote workflows) Remote PCS support External auditing and review We encourage you to reach out to us if we can help with your operational requirements in any way at this time. #COVID19 #BusinessAsUsual #Waterline #BrisbaneEngineering #RemoteEngineering #Coronavirus #ElectricalEngineering #MechanicalEngineering #WorkFromHome #RemoteWorkforce #QLDMining #SiteExperience #StructuralEngineering #OperationalTechnology
24.01.2022 BUSHFIRE RELIEF SEWING BEE: THIS WEEKEND @ 138 Mary Street. Waterline are opening our CBD office space up this weekend to facilitate a sewing bee for the wildlife affected by the fires. Many of our team are joining in this creative challenge to make and send off pouches for orphaned animals to donate to the Australian Rescue Collective- who will distribute to individual carers far and wide. If you or someone in your family, or friend circle, have a sewing machine and would ...like to volunteer to help, please jump over to our Facebook event on this page and register your interest. We will supply all material, patterns and a sausage sizzle lunch. Every little bit counts, and with so many millions of wildlife affected throughout this time, our team wanted to do something tangible to help. Opening our office space is something we CAN do. Thank you to all of the wonderful people out there doing something, somewhere, right now to help our beautiful wildlife in need.
