Simple example of a Milo Food Bar 1. 27% sugar.. always look in the 100g Column to see % (anything packaged over 10% is not an option in my eyes) .. get the right sugar from whole fruit and veggies.... 2. Top ingredient is always the ingredient of higher quantity... these guys are smart... they grouped all the cereals together as 1.. otherwise SUGAR would of read as 1st ingredient. 3. Marketed as a high protein option.. reality is it’s higher sugar then protein! Be careful what is marketed to you!
