25.01.2022 ***UPDATE ON MEL**** For those who attended the bison clinic are aware our secretary/treasurer had a fall on Sunday morning. Last night Mel underwent survey to fix her wrist, the doctors have advised her that the surgery went well.

16.01.2022 ****UPDATE**** On Monday my cast came off, I now have a splint institu. Pain is minimal. I should be able to ride by the end of October. Thankyou to everyone who has contacted myself to see how I'm going with it all. Stay tuned for more updates..

14.01.2022 The long awaited post COVID training day is finally here. Book it in 12th of July. Unfortunately we haven't been able to source cattle so it will be a dry day, with the mechanical cow and a few other training exercises to get our horses back in shape. 14.01.2022 I would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who supported our draft over the weekend, from the competitors, the cattle donors, the truck drivers, the guys in the yards, the announcers, pencillers, judges, turn back riders, canteen helpers, photographer, sponsors and those families and spectators who came to support this great sport. Thank you all sincerely on behalf of Watagan Mountains Campdraft Club Committee. A special thank you to Mick Alchin for preparing the grounds. The surface was magnificent, the announcers box was awesome and the tireless hours you put in to ensure the grounds are in top order is gratefully appreciated. Thanks everyone!

The AGM will be held at lunchtime when all positions will be declared vacant and we will be looking for people to fill all committee roles so please consider giving back to this great club and volunteering your time.

03.01.2022 Draws are now posted for our draft this weekend commencing at 4pm Saturday with the junior followed by the juvenile. Please note, the first 30 riders in the ladies draft will be run on Saturday after the juvenile and the remainder on Sunday morning.

02.01.2022 A huge Thankyou to Kendal and Georgia from dungog bison and horse training, for the amazing and educational weekend. Everyone sure learnt alot. It was great to see our youngest rider improve so much over the weekend. Evie you were a super star. Can't wait for the next clinic. More photos to come.
