10.01.2022 An update from the Four Majors ANZ Rates will increase on the Residential Investment Property lending products; Residential Investment Property Loan Index Rate to increase by 0.08% p.a. to 5.60% p.a.... Equity Manager Account interest rate to increase by 0.15% p.a. to 5.82% p.a. There is no change to interest rates for Owner Occupier home loan customers. ANZs Standard Variable Rate to remain at 5.25% p.a. National Australia Bank Will increase variable rates on investor home loans by 0.15 percentage points from next week. This will mean NABs Variable Rate for Residential Investment Home Loans will be 5.55% per annum. There is no change to NABs Variable Rate for Home Loans (Standard Variable Rate) for owner occupier customers, which remains at 5.25% p.a. Commonwealth Bank Rates will increase for the Standard Variable Rate investor home loan by 0.07%, to 5.56% per annum, and there will also be an increase in the Viridian Line of Credit interest rate of 0.15%, to 5.78% per annum. Westpac Will increase the interest rates of some of its Interest Only variable home lending products, including: Variable home loan (owner occupier) rate for customers with Interest Only repayments: by 0.08% to 5.41% per annum (comparison rate 5.55% per annum*); Variable residential investment property loan rate for customers with Interest Only repayments: by 0.08% to 5.68% per annum (comparison rate 5.82% per annum*). Equity Access loan rate: by 0.15% to 5.80% per annum. *Increases (all above lenders) will take effective as of 16 December 2016.
