20.01.2022 UPDATE: Due to the Corona Virus, all new jury trials in the District Court and Supreme Court will be temporarily suspended until 1 May 2020. A decision will be made prior to 1 May 2020 as to whether it is necessary for the suspension to continue after that date. For Family Court proceedings, both lawyers and parties are encouraged to attend to hearings (other than trials) by telephone by filing a request to attend by electronic communication form. WN Legal Practice remains open during this period. However, all new clients will be screened to ensure that public health and safety directions are adhered to.

15.01.2022 Wn legal saved me from Prison time. I was charged with a very serious offence and facing a maximum penalty of 7 years in prison.
