If you have back pain don’t use a lifting belt so you can keep lifting! If you can’t lift the weight without pain then don’t lift it! ... A belt is to assist you lift a few extra kilograms once you have developed good technique. 16.01.2022 Resident sports physiotherapist Jon Park has recently been appointed as the Australian Team Physiotherapist for the International Motorcycling Federation six da...ys of Enduro (ISDE) event in Spain, this coming October. Jon has been the Chief Physiotherapist for Australian Motocross & Supercross as a senior member of the RACESAFE Medical Team for the past seven years. He was also the sports physiotherapist for the FIM international speedway GP held at Etihad stadium 2015 and has been appointed to this position again this year. Congratulations on your appointment Jon.
