23.01.2022 Evening all, in light of today’s announcements it’s unfortunate that we now have to end our footy season. Wednesday night will be our last training night with the Under 14s playing an intra club match starting at 430 Martin Park 1, can all parents let coaches know availability as we are organising KFC for after the game. Under 16s training as usual Under 12s will train Martin Park 2 at 430 Under 14s girls training as usual with pizza at the end. Jumpers MUST be returned to c...oaches at conclusion of training so please bring a spare top. I’d like to take this opportunity to deeply thank all the parents, coaches and committee who have gone above and beyond to get our kids playing a few games and continue training as long as we have been able too. Extra special mention to Kath Dalton, Hards and Helen who have committed an enormous amount of time in getting games organised and scheduled with other clubs. To the kids who have taken it all in their stride and accepted what’s been thrown at them a big thanks and we are so happy we got to see some great footy and smiles from you all. 20.01.2022 From the League tonight: The Board has resolved to wait and see how the border closure is implemented and what cross-border movement is possible for the community. We understand this make take the rest of the week with some delays expected relating to permits, etc.

16.01.2022 Return to training and playing from 22/07/2020 We have a few friendly matches coming up as follows: Wednesday night Under 12s at Martin Park 1 @ 4.30 Friday night is under 14s versus Raiders Maroons @ 4.30pm and Whites at 6.15pm. Sunday 12s playing at Birrallee Park V Raiders 2 teams hopefully times TBA and Under 14 girls at Martin Park 2 @ 12pm. ... Under 16s TBA IMPORTANT GUIDELINES 1) There will be no change room facilities. Players are to arrive ready to play and will leave straight after the match. 2) Players to provide their own drink bottles. 3) If mouth guards are worn, they are not to be removed during training or play and must be sealed away when not in use. 4) Parents and other spectators are not permitted on the ground at any time! They should also maintain safe social distancing rules if they leave their vehicle. 5) Please be respectful and follow any instructions around COVID protocols from the Committee and the COVID Safety Officers. 6) If your child is unwell, please DO NOT permit them to train or play. 7) As per the recommendations of the AFL, we are strongly encouraging all players, volunteers and families to download the COVIDSafe App to help in contact tracing.

16.01.2022 We have had the question about spectators at the matches this weekend. People are welcome to come and watch but they need to practice COVID Safe social distancing. Spectators are NOT permitted to enter the ground at any time. Only players, coaches, trainers and umpires are allowed on the ground. Good luck to both teams tomorrow night and the three teams playing on Sunday. Go Doggies!

For now, we will continue to train and, as the last message from the League has said: "We’re all flying a little blind at the moment as the situation unfolds over the next few days with the implementation of the border closing and what it will look like. We’ll weigh things up before making our next move and we’ll have to wait and see."

Only 1 or 2 in each short size and the socks are all the same size (7 - 11). Please bring the exact money or internet banking (no eftpos). We are prepared to take orders if you miss out and get a batch order from Sportspower but we need to confirm their price from them.
