21.01.2022 This is so..... cute. What the kid's enjoy about the toy library and their visits. Its not just about taking the toys home to play with. The fun is in the 'TRYING OUT' before you borrow. The playing AT the toy library. ... In 2021 we are hoping to be able to have you back IN the toy library. We can't wait!! BUT while we do wait, why not join and do click and collect. Then you can still have F.U.N. with our toys at your home. Borrow toys for over Christmas. PM us for more info.

18.01.2022 Exciting times. Even though we are temporarily closed, we have a great new committee ready to prepare for the rest of 2020. Thank you to all who attended today's AGM. Our positions filled are below.

16.01.2022 We are sorry to say......we still need to wait to be able to open. While you are waiting, our committee is busy stocktaking our toys so that when we are able to open, the toys in the toy library, will be ready for you to borrow, Any questions, contact the toy library or message here. 15.01.2022 NEW to the toy library? Not a member yet but want to borrow some toys. JOIN NOW before we close and gain 2 extra months on top of a 12 month membership. Get some toys for over the Christmas break and then return them in the new year. Please inquire/message for more details in making an appointment.... 14.01.2022 Time for a tea break? That's what these dinosaurs are up to. Why not put your feet up and have a cuppa while your little one plays with some fresh toys from the toy library. If you have dinosaurs, farm animals, jungle or space creatures, why not add them to your child's tea party and let the imagination run. Creativity develops with open ended play.

09.01.2022 Wodonga Toy Library has made the hard decision to close temporarily with returns only in our usual hours for the next two weeks. We ask all members with toys to return them on their due date. NOT to all return tomorrow. An email was sent to your inboxes this afternoon with instructions. The safety and wellbeing of our members, volunteers and community is our priority. We have made this proactive decision to support the containment of covid-19. We believe that all of us can ...play a part in flattening the curve and reducing the pressure on our health system. We will not provide a date of reopening at this stage but will stay connected to all our wonderful members via email, social media and our website. We are thinking of all members of our community especially our medical and hospital staff. Please stay informed about the rapidly changing situation via sources such as the Department of Health. Wash your hands regularly Practice social distancing Check in on family, friends, neighbours and the vulnerable people you know We will be operational again as soon is socially responsible

03.01.2022 A BIG Thank you to all our active members. It was lovely to see over the past week and a half how everyone was so helpful, calm, and prompt in returning their toys to the toy library. All the toys are returned and extra clean ready for borrowing when all this lifechanging situation is over. We are sorry that your children cannot enjoy new toys every week. But one thing I do hope and wish for you all. To be safe, Stay At Home, Keep well, message your friends to keep in c...ontact. And I pray that when this is all over, that you have enjoyed some quality family time together and that you have kept well through it all. These are tough times, But you will get through this and you will be stronger. We will keep you all up to date, we will post ideas that will help you and your children to connect and pass the time away. Share with us some of what you are doing through this time. I look forward to seeing some pictures. But for now, Wodonga Toy Library is Temporarily Closed.

We will have our last click n collect session Sat 12/12 and we will re open Sat 9/1/21. If you want toys over the Christmas break, please read the email. NEW to toy library? 02.01.2022 Flash back to 10th March, we had Wodonga Mayor Cr Anna Speedie visit the library. Great opportunity to discuss how important the toy library is for the Wodonga community with improving kids learning and reducing waste by having good quality toys on rotation. We’re looking forward to continuing this good work when it’s possible to reopen.

02.01.2022 UPDATE** Even though the Government has said that Toy Libraries can open from the Monday 22nd June under strict Covid-19 guidelines, Wodonga Toy Library will remain TEMPORARILY Closed until we are able to clearly operate safely, for our members and volunteers, in our environment. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have on families. An email will go out shortly to all members giving more info.... Thank you for your understanding and patience.
