22.01.2022 It must have been the night to be named Ava, as both of our Ava’s took out the Mad Mars Monday Challenge. Well done to Ava C who won the Junior Challenge. Ava performed the best dive and most technically sound Breaststroke pull out as judged by our favourite Junior Coach Rosie. This performance earned Ava this weeks’ Mad Mars Monday crown. The Senior Squad Mad Mars Monday Challenge was a 25m underwater timed streamline. The results for this challenge were all very close, with... Ava T completing her 25m underwater streamline the quickest by the smallest of margins. This awesome performance earned Ava T this weeks’ Mars Bar. Well done girls!

06.01.2022 It was a great session by the whole squad last night, with everyone putting in a solid effort and showing good commitment to their training. Congratulations to our weekly Mad Mars Monday Challenge winners’ Cooper and Ally. This was Cooper’s first win, and it was a big one! Cooper faced off against Ava in a sprint kick showdown, in which Cooper won by the narrowest of margins, well done Cooper! Ally won the Senior Squad challenge, besting Faith, AJ and Ava in the final round of the freestyle 25m sprints. Ally swam faster than personal best pace to take this weeks’ Mars Bar, well done Ally!

Our Junior Mad Mars Monday challenge award went to Alexis for completing the most efficient 25 metre Breaststroke and for our seniors it was all about having a bit of fun and thanks to Daisy and her wonderful idea, Hunter won the challenge for the best jump into the pool!
