18.01.2022 Lobster price has been very attractive lately. Brought an 1kg S. A Lobster and made an stir fry with ginger and shallot,. The S.A Lobster meat texture are pink! Bear in mind. TASMANIA lobster are the ones with fleash. 2nd dish are glacier 51 tooth fish steamed with fragrant tofu, ginger, shallot, sweet soy, pepper, sesame oil and hot Boiling oil to finish it off.... Tooth fish literally melts in your mouth

17.01.2022 Took 24hr to soak the Japanese shitika mushroom. 2 HR slow braise to infuse flavor. I got 3 spare serve of. Japanese shitaki mushroom with roast pork and fresh fry fragrant tofu, sauce is a little bit of ginger, shallot and oyster sauce.... 3 serve available. Pick up tonight. First come first serve. 11.01.2022 Picked up these fresh school prawns! $14 a kg! Thats a steal! Normally they are $60 a kg live. But apparently they died the day before. Hence. $14!! I normally buy it for fishing! But man, I be silly if I were to feed it to the fish. Very simple. Just boiled them. And dip them in chilli. Ginger and soy.

Tonight we made drummer & yellow tail bream in a singaporean chilli style fusioned with our in house sweet & sour sauce! Deep fried perfect! Crispy and cruchy! Sauce is tangy and sweet + Spicy.

04.01.2022 Had the chance to play around a Japanese style BBQ on our day off! Made some yokitori soy tare sauce! Typical base sauce when you go out to an seat down Japanese BBQ bar. Is perfectly matches with any meat. I tried with pork belly and chicken wings! Beautiful ... And the star of the night its the grill salmon head! Blasted with the soy tare! Im not a big fan of fish! But somehow I ate it all. Can be subsituted with salmon fillet with skin on Give it ago on your next BBQ! Sure you won't be disappointed!

03.01.2022 Dry Japanese mushroom. Soaked over night then swimmer slow cooked for 1hr with ginger shallot and oyster sauce! If you love mushroom you gotta try it. We got about 8 served, and thats it for the day. FYI. Home cooking . Just steam some brocolli and chicken breast fillet l. Slice the mushroom and cover over the dish! End result! High end restaurant quality dish
