19.01.2022 ********* Important Notice********** We have made the regrettable decision to put a cancellation and no show policy in place to cover ourselves and allow our clients the best possible services we can provide to ensure you receive the timeslots that best serve you. When placing a booking online moving forward you will be required to put a Visa or MasterCard into your booking to reserve you appointment. There is no charges made to your nominated card upon booking and all deta...ils are double end encrypted so you details remain your own. We have no access to your data, and have a very firm privicy policy in place. Our policy will now ensure that if you need to cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours before your appointment or a 10% fee will apply. We have also decided that a no-show to an appointment will be enforced at 30% of your total booking. We understand that the need to reschedule your appointment is something that may happen from time to time and you are exempt from these changes should you need to reschedule. Here at wolf and pixie we highly value transparency with our clients and educating you as much as we can to allow you to make an informed decision regarding your hair goals and we stand by our exceptional customer service, this is why we have put all the information we can give regards to our new policy.
